I bet on Holyfield to win this fight

I bet on Valuev too so I didn't actually lose money, but I didn't make anything either, I should be £240 richer right now and I'm ****ing pissed off

Switzerland - had it been in Germany I'd have seen the robbery coming and not bet on it

    Cracking avatar by the way.

This crap should give our European friends some insight into why American fighters rarely travel overseas. Total bull****. The minute I heard 114-114 I knew Evander was about to get jobbed.

Ive gotta agree I can barely recall a major fight I scored for Valeuv...I dont dislike the guy but is one of my least favourite fighters to watch and is making the WBA belt into a circus belt.

Geez man, You say that with some real conviction.. and it turns out that many believe Holy should have had this fight in the bag by a wide points win. Haven't seen the fight, but if this is all true Holy got hosed in an epic robbery.

at first I thought Holyfield got robbed, but could Valuev be so bad....could be a set up for a rematch....but who would want to see it again....Evander ran well but he still landed more punches and deserved to win

I had it a Draw 115-115. Close fight either way.
Holyfields game plan looked very good in early rounds but he lost many of the middle and late rounds.
Still it was very impressive performance for 46 year old man.

Then again I was drinking when watching it, so I could be wrong.

I don't know about a rematch, but the whole thing reeked of a gentlemen's agreement to basically not fight, which is what wound up happening. There's no reason the fight should've been that bad other than that nobody was really trying to do anything to the other guy.
