Who is the best of these 7 fighters just now? Who will emerge as the no.1 in this division, if we assume there will be more fights between all of them over the next year or two?

After the DLH fight, Pac will probably be fighting at 140.

I think Guzman beats everyone, maybe even Pac should that one go down.

I'm going with the Baby Bull.

He had an off night against Nate - but he's back now.

    Joan Guzman.

Juan Diaz has a good chance aswell. I think he will be the clear #2.

    Manny will be at 140.

Juan Diaz vs Guzman in a year, Diaz wins and gets back the titles.

Manny will not fight regularly at 140. Even if he makes it to around 145 for the DLH fight, that is a one-off money-making exercise. Pac is only barely big enough to fight at 135, he will never fight regularly above that weight. He is at 135 to stay. I think he will clean out the division before retiring. Diaz and Guzman would give him a great fight, but I still think Pac could beat both. I have no idea who would win a 3rd fight between him and JMM though.

I'd like to say Pac but I don't know when of even if he'll be returning as a 135 pounder. I guess I would favor Campbell because he beat Diaz and I have him edging out Guzman this weekend; however, there is so much competition at the top of this division and I don't know if the light weight division will produce a definitive best fighter in the next year. I do like Peterson down the road to potentially separate himself from the rest of the pack.

Pacquiao will stay ranked higher on the P4P list, but a year from now Guzman will be the lineal champ with three of the belts while Pac keeps avoiding him for bigger money fights.

I picked Campbell, despite Guzman being a very talented and gifted fighter, I think Nate will beat him.
I also think Juan Diaz will be near the top however think Nate merely has his number and Juan will lose a very close fight in the rematch

If enough time has passed for Guzman to win 3 belts, who could Pac be fighting for significantly more money? There is no way he can fight regularly at 147, I don't think he is big enough to fight regularly at 140 either plus that division is a wasteland other than Hatton if you're talking in money terms but I'm sure Pac could make that fight quicker than Guzman could win 3 belts. And the 2 best fighters from the division below- Guzman and JMM- have already moved into his division.

If Pac is at 135, who exactly could he be fighting for more money than the unified and linear champion???

Paq's the best. After he dances with Oscar, he'll go back down to 135 and beat all comers.

Marquez is the most techniqually gifted, therefore I expect him to beat everybody in the division.:good
