There's many factors to over training, rest, intensity, nutrition etc. That routine is possible with a decent layout.

Not really, no. Training is highly individual. You'll have to talk to your coach, work out nutrition and see how much you're capable of each week.

just start training and make sure to eat, stretch and sleep right and see how it feels. Then you can modify anything from there and once you get more experienced you can handle more.
When I first started boxing, I was sore for a whole week after my first workout

if you feel like you are training the shoulder too much than you probably are doing so. for example, i remember always ****ing up my shoulder by hitting the weights hard and than swim hard for an hour directly after. this resulted in shoulder pain. Boxers need to take good care of the shoulders and hands if they want to do well in the sport. I would maybe reduce the frequency or intensity of the shoulder work outs when working on your weights. And if you are doing both sports in one day ensure you are doing them with plenty of time in between to allow your muscles to rest (Workout # 1. 6am, workout # 2 6:30pm).

You might also want to change your strength workout schedule all together. maybe two light days during the week and a heavy one on saturday.

It would've been the swimming ****ing up your shoulders.

To the op make sure you do plenty of pulling motions as well, if you box and then go do bench press at the gym then you're going to be causing imbalances to your shoulders if you don't train the opposite direction.
