Be careful though, in the USA a lot of the wheat(brown) bread isn't much better, it is white bread they color with molasses. You want to be sure it is whole wheat or multigrain. Check the ingredient list to be sure. Rye is better than white by a mile also. Some days you eat the bear, other days the bear eats you. When Chuck Norris does a pushup, he isn't lifting himself up, he's pushing the Earth down.
The last bit is just stupid because unless god is helping Chuck Norris then he’s hardly pushing the Earth down.

Saturated fat is not bad for you, this is a myth. And yeah a lot of "brown" bread is literally white bread coloured.
