    White bread is a no-no, they call it Wonder bread becuase you have to wonder how they can make bread without any natural ingredients. Be careful though, in the USA a lot of the wheat(brown) bread isn't much better, it is white bread they color with molasses. You want to be sure it is whole wheat or multigrain. Check the ingredient list to be sure.

    Rye is better than white by a mile also.

    Jeez **** me! no wonder we have obesity issues these days even the "HEALTHY" food is junk.

    Saturated fat is not bad for you, this is a myth.

    And yeah a lot of "brown" bread is literally white bread coloured.
