Overall: Are you dissapointed in the Boxing Judges Today ?

    Actually, I've heard quite a few Oscar groupies say he beat Sturm.

    too much credit gets given to the aggressor nowadays even if they are ineffective with it boxing off the backfoot should not put you at a stylistic disadvanatage in the judges eyes but it does seem to. I mean ledderman had hatton up after 6 rounds against PBF just for comign forward even thought he was ineffectively aggressive

    Yeah, Lederman seems to like aggression more than clean punching.

    He also had Chavez beating PBF after 7 and Toney-Jirov a draw.

    Nothing against old folks but why are all judges senior citizens? It's harder for an old man to follow the quick action of a fight. And i don't like the fact that most of them just sit stationary and don't even move to try to get a better angle. Heck, if i was a judge, i would need my side of the ring cleared out because i would be walking back and forth.

    And as others said, i think judges give way too much credit for ineffective aggression. But i guess it's easier to just see it that way instead of looking for the cleaner punches, which actually requires paying attention.
