Watching UFC 115, and that was a great card. Really enjoyed the fights.

Condit-McDonald was a very enjoyable scrap with a great ending.

Cro Cop - Pat Barry was a good scrap fought in great spirit, and I really enjoyed seeing Mirko turn the fight around in the third round and pull out the last-minute sub.

And Franklin-Liddell was a one-round war. Both guys were going for the spectacular finish, Liddell fought well, Franklin showed a ton of guts fighting with a broken arm, and the KO was great.

Not saying that was the best card of the Zuffa era, but it was certainly a lot better than it looked on paper.

What are some of the cards that turned out great and had several worthwhile fights?

UFC president Dana White commented that "UFC 33 is the only one I can remember where every fight sucked.

thats always a good sign :D:D:D

UFC 47 was an "old" favorite, Arlovski in his prime, Diaz classic ko of Lawler, and the smile on Liddell's face as he's leaving the locker room to give Ortiz his long awaited thrashing is priceless.

UFC are just churning them out now. Too many top fighters. So much talent in one place. A clear favouritism for winners and fighters. Guys like Maynard wait for the title shot, as does Fitch, Kim below Diaz etc People have to win but they have to perform. In boxing, fighters tend to be bitches happy with the cashola and W. In MMA, they are much more analytic and critical of themself.

Can't remember the numbers but the events with Couture-Rizzo 1 and Couture-Chuck 2 were good.
