Usyk has taken harder hits from bigger men and is a bigger man so will naturally tank shots a lot better than a man who weighed roughly 140 lbs at his peak.

One always gets hit against weaker opposition, so is more proven

I'll give usyk this one category lol

I was impressed with how Mayweather took that flush right hand from Mosley who's a big puncher.

But Mayweather rolls with alot of the shots where as Usyk takes more flush punches so Usyk is more proven overall in regard so it has to be him.

Trying to knock Floyd or Usyk out is a fools game. Although Usyk can get bodied to the belly by the hardest hitters at HW like Dubious did but a dodgy referee didn't let that scenario run it course as it should have. Could he have got up? We'll never know. Probably but it would have been a painfull round.

I don't think letting low blows be thrown and landed is a good idea. But yeah, the ref let Dubois land 10 of them without any warning.

It's clearly Usyk based on the evidence we've seen. Usyk is a cruiser weight facing big, hard hitting heavyweights, while Mayweather never did anything similar, he would have needed to face hard hitting light middleweights or full blown middleweights to match what Usyk has done.

Usyk has never been visibly rattled, Mayweather has a few times (most notably against Shane).

    They both have great chins.

Mayweather has been KD by Judah and rocked by Mosley. Usyk was never in danger against Joshua, Gassiev, Fury, or Dubois.

I'm assuming you mean try to guage it pound for pound and not judging it on the same person throwing the same punch to each fighter. Cos that would be a special kinda stupid question.

    What?......lol

Of all the things we can discuss in this sport, what the hell are we doing with threads like this?

A welterweight and a heavyweight.....who's chin is better?..... Are we serious. How in god's name do you measure that accurately? Usyk's never been punched by Zab Judah..... Floyd's never been punched by Anthony Joshua.

We really gotta do better with coming up with subject matter if we aren't going to talk about actual fights that's occurred and/or are coming.....lol.

Floyd's never been punched by AJ, sure, but he was in far more pain against AJ then Usyk was in either fight.

And you know this how? Because you seen him get rattled?..... My response was tongue in cheek joke, but I see you have applied some seriousness to the subject. Something I have a hard time doing because I think it's silly to judge someone's chin in comparison to another individual as there is no way to measure it. Especially 2 individuals who are close to 100lbs difference when they compepted and from 2 different eras. It's just a goofy subject to even attempt to take serious.

You can argue someone being stronger than the next man by having them lift weights. You can argue someone being faster than the next man by having them race and/or time them for a certain distance. But how exactly do you test someone's chin to be stronger than the next man. I mean, have the same guy punch both of them.....lol. I don't know..... sorry, I'm trying to take it seriously, but...........

Usyk, despite the fact Belly and AJ are way bigger than him, has a better chin than both and I don't just mean P4P

Likewise, 130-154 Floyd has a better chin than the way bigger 154-HW Roy Jones

Shane hit him with a huge punch, I was thinking a KO was coming but Mayweather's reaction to that punch was legendary and that's why he never got KO'd
