Why even bother with this kind of question ?

Haney could not ever hurt featherweights, when he is solid welterweight

    I voted Devin Haney

    1. Wasn't rocked by Gamboa like Crawfish
    2. Beat a living legend matrix in Lomachenko which makes him a living legend

Who has Crawford beat? Victor Postol? shot to pieces Amir Khan? Shot to pieces Brook? beaten pre-retirement Porter?

When Haney reaches Crawford's age in 10 years time he will has surpassed him with EASE.

What was Crawford doing at Haney's age? Beating Briedess Prescott wow what a legend.

First let Errol beat on that drum.

As soon as Hany goes up in weight he's as good as done.

He is so feather fisted that as soon as he goes up in weight aveage Joe figthers will be able to walk hime down without problems just by straight eating everything Haney throws. Right now his reach and height allows him to win comfortably even without any porwer at all. In 10 years he will be beaten to a pulp several times and retired.

No way you can go up in weight and win when you have zero power. And sooner or later he will have to do it.

I'm not sold on Haney. Yes, I understand how good he is at his current weight, but I'm not sold on him achieving "greatness". There is no greatness waiting for such featherfisted fighters, only the canvas waiting for them in the long term.

I know that my opinion is unpopular, basically because he looks so freaking good now. But well, that's what I think about Haney and his future. Future will not be very kind to him at all when he goes up in weight.

I've noticed that there seems to be a lot of bias on this forum when it comes to these fighters:
    Canelo
    Crawford
    Usyk
    Inoue
    Bivol
    Fury

If we are talking about a "skillset" based on the "quality" of opposition that each fighter has faced so far, I have to go with Haney. Haney showed in his fights against Kambosos, Linares, and Loma that he can fight in all ranges whereas Crawford is rather mediocre on the inside. Haney is much more defensively responsible and has better footwork as well. Crawford has the edge in counterpunching, power, and switching but nothing else. The quality of the opposition has made Crawford look much better than he actually is. He hasn't stepped in the ring with anyone as great as the fighters Haney has faced.

It doesn't matter he has fought and defeated better opposition than Crawford has.

You say it because of gamboa, right? LOL

The only really good victory in Haney's CV is Lomachenko, and Lomachenko is a Feather/Super Feather weight fighter. Haney's CV at LW = total trash + 1 very good FW/SFW fighter. That's what's Haney's CV. Not much better than Crawford's, if it is actually better.

Doesn't matter, Lomachencko is head and shoulders above everyone Crawford has fought. I would even argue Linares and Kambosos.
