Haney was clearly beaten by Loma. 3 vegas judges won him that fight not his actual performance.

Yes, Haney can fight chocolatito then, to improve his legacy.

Kambosos and Linares  Man, you cant stop saying stupid things. I really hope you are a forum animator and not a ******ed idiot.

In Crawfords defense people say he has not been fighting anybody:

But he handed Gamboa his first loss and there was a lot of hype around Gamboa. He was also the first to beat Postol and Postol had a lot of hype around him as well.

Porter isn’t a bad win either.

Gamboa was two weigh classes below Crawford and Porter had already lost to Thurman, Brook, Spence, and Ugas(Robbery) This is why boxing is a joke. In every other sport you are judged on who you have defeated. In today's era of boxing, so long as you can switch, screw the level of opposition.

And was the first one to defeat kavaliuskas and the first one to defeat horn and the first one to defeat indongo and the first one to defeat postol. He has taken 5 zeros in the last 7 years, and he has KTFO every single oponent during those years, with the only exception of postol who managed to be humiliated but not KO'd.

Sill people say that he has not fought anyone. He has fought the best oposition available trough different weights, as simple as that. The same way he's doing with Spence. Once Spence is KTFO, people will start saying that Spence was not so good. People is just people, they always do the same.

Yes, specially Gamboa. Gamboa 100% sure would lose to Spence. What an idiot! There is something called "weight" in boxing.

Is this thread about Spence, NoBoxingIQ? I thought it was about Haney

The same gamboa who was a bum when he was undeafeated and beaten at his prime by Crawford. But is an awesome victory by Devin "Hands of Feathers" Haney, because he beat him when he was shot to pieces and completely destroyed as a boxer.

Haney has never beaten a single world champion his size or even close to it and he clearly lost to a past prime 35 y/o blown up 126 pounder Loma in his own backyard despite weighing 4 divisions more than him and having a near six inch reach advantage on him. The only reason he got the decision is because they, as they do over there, stacked the deck with three home judges and the thieving, cheating corrupt scumbags robbed the foreigner yet again.

Imagine what a prime Loma would do to him?

Now imagine what a Loma who only weighed 3, 2, 1 divisions smaller or was the same size as him?

Now imagine what a 1, 2, 3 or 4 division heavier Loma would do to him?

Yeah, you already know. He 100% gets his ass knocked smooth out early

    16% of 118k now

    Who else has he fought?

A completely washed near 36 y/o inactive Linares who hadn't fought in 15 months, was 3-2 in his last 5, both losses via KO, and who Haney is much bigger than

A shot to hell 39 y/o way smaller and lighter Gamboa who had only stopped 2 of his last 12 and one of those 2 KO victims was shot

Way smaller and lighter career 126 pounder featherfist Jojo who is 1-3 at 135 but could easily be 0-4 and like Gamboa had only stopped 2 of his last 12 IIRC

So that just leaves his one win over an actual prime career 135 pounder world champion Kambosos who got lucky against the worst version of Teofimo who abandoned his skills and fought like a goddamn caveman.

And Kambosos won his previous 3 fights via SD and who cannot deal with boxers his own size. Hence why he struggled to SD wins over an old well past it inactive Mickey Bey who had only fought once in 3.5 years and past prime career 126 pounder Lee Selby. FTR, Bey was Haney's assistant trainer so he fed him all the intel

Haney is a natural welterweight fighting old men and old 126 and 130 pounders, or shot old 135 pounders and average sized ones.

And even though he's way bigger and heavier than all the champs he's fought, and is the biggest guy any of them have fought, he's never scored a single KD or stoppage against any of them even though Linares and Gamboa have been dropped and stopped in 10 of their other combined 11 losses and he fought shot versions of them.

    Haney had

    7'' in reach on Jojo
    6'' in reach on Gamboa
    5.5'' against Loma

Sure, Crawford has a weak resume and has often been the bigger heavier man but at least he's beaten numerous world champions his size and has knocked down and stopped many his size and bigger too

I think this argument would be closer if their speeds were comparable (still pick Bud regardless) but there is a clear speed difference. Haney just lacks the ELITE, quick twitch muscle fibers like Shakur has. I'd say Bud is a slight tier below Shakur in that department but he's still a tier above Haney.

    X2 you nailed it!

I don't know how anyone can watch the Haney-Loma fight and not see plainly who won, I've seen it again since and feel even more strongly that the wrong man got the nod.

The amount of disrespect prime Gamboa gets is astonishing.

I think Bud gets overrated by many but cmon. Hes way ahead of Haney. Outside of a stellar jab and being huge for the division Haney doesnt do much else great. Hes very one dimensional and one note.

Crawford easily. Haney isn't even that skilled he has long arms and uses his size to beat smaller opponents. At 140 he will be found out badly.

Thanks. Me neither. Some of those punch count videos are generous to Haney and they still had him losing
