    99% of fighters don't have Overeem's fighting pedigree or visual impact.

    That sounds like he got damned good money for a guy who the US audience has never seen in action and was unfamiliar with before the UFC started hyping him, who was BY FAR the lesser name in his bout, and who was participating in a non-title fight.

    the UFC brought Overeem in to feed to Brock or destroy him and steal his mystique which is exactly what happened. I have my doubts that Dos Santos can deal with Overeem now. He doesn't have the wrestling pedigree to take Reem out of his game.
     
  5. Overeem took home just south of 1 million. All you have to do it look at the judges ruling of Golden Glory having a stake in 30% and being awarded $241,285.49.

    Shady business. Typical though Dana White thinks he is in the Boston Mob why not start cutting deals like the Mob?
