    ..who the **** mentioned Cotto....this haters are funny..Please Cotto is a seasoned boxer proven over and over again..soemthing you cant say from the previous boxers: Lee, Katsidis, Berto, Ward.....

    I like and respect Gomez and he will give it his best but when is all set and done he will be disfigured and broken.....like most opponents of Cotto

    Going life and death with a fighter of that caliber validates Katsidis as at least being a pretty good fighter. No one called him great, O-Man, and obviously he still has a lot to learn before being able to compete with the best in the division.

    I would agree with the assessment that Katsidis was overhyped if he had gotten wiped out tonight. But it was very competitive, and let's not forget, he almost had Casamayor out of there a couple of times.

    ..he was overhyped...did you see his face he was getting punished,and Casa after the two KD, lost his fire for the next four rounds and it cost him, the KD was the best thing that happend to him...he was forced to get busy and serious and that he did...it was a;; over, he was sitting on that left hook the entire fight waiting for the right time to let it go..and when Katsidis came in with the chin hanging and telegraphing his right hand..it was beautiful..I give him credit for getting up thou..even nthou he was out on his feet and once again the Ref **** up, he should ahve stop the fight right there

    Sorry, but I said the same about Cotto after the Torres fight, but I just had to realize he is that damn good along with Calzaghe. So I will give Berto a chance if he fails **** it.

    How was he overhyped?

    Noone called him the next great thing. Noone touted him as some future ATG or HOFer. They compared him to Gatti. Nothing I have seen so far disproves that, he is an exciting, come forward fighter who has no defense and cuts easy.

    AND HE LOST TO JOEL CASAMAYOR, NOT SOME RANDOM BUM!!!!!

    That does not = overhyped. It means he lost to a better fighter.

    HELL, CORRALES (whom the both of us I believe are HUGE fans of) LOST TO JOEL TWICE!!!! What does that make Diego in your eyes???

    None of what your saying applies to Katsidis as being hype.

    Berto has waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyy more skill then Lacy. Don't get me wrong I believed the Lacy hype thanks to this site along with Harris, Margo, Williams, Diaz, Duddy, Katidis, Collazo, but I will tell you this Berto is better than all of them.

    It was overhyped dude...this fight was supposewd to be a coronation...all HBO commentators were blwoing air up Katsidis ass, the entier thing was hyped dude

    Berto is in no way the same fighter as Lacy...not in style or skill. He is lightyears ahead of him in everything except power. Berto is a damn good young fighter...Lacy was hype.
