Nobody talking about this. two fighters i would rank ahead of anyone in showtimes tournement.

  2. Moreno is a great fighter... the clear number two bantamweight in the world. He should beat Cermano this Saturday.

The first fight was extremely controversial. The WBA ordered Moreno to give Cermeno a rematch because even they thought he was robbed.

I guess it's all subjective, but I wouldn't. I think Cermeno gets beaten by Perez and Mares head to head at least. They're mostly on about even keel though.

I expect Moreno to win much more convincingly this time. He's at home for this fight, and Cermeno is a dirty ass fighter who takes some adjustments to get used to.

Pretty stacked card for Panama though. A couple of top 7 guys (at worst) in a strong weight class fighting each other, plus Golovkin and Luis Concepcion who are probably also top 10 guys in their weight classes, plus A. Mosquera who's a pretty decent looking prospect.

He wasn't robbed. Go back and watch the fight. It was extremely close. Could have had it swing 3 points in either direction. And if the fight was anywhere other than Venezuela, Cermeno probably would have been DQed for repeated blatant low blows. Controversial, yes, but not a robbery by any stretch.

Yeh. Card looks great and bet its dirt cheap tickets to. Back to basics boxing, wish it was like that in more developed countries.

    Moreno by decision.
The first fight was a pretty good scrap.

I watched the fight this morning and you are offbase if you think Moreno clearly won that fight. It was a very tight fight and to me it seemed that Cermeno won. Moreno was just to slow in that fight. I believe he claimed the ring was slick which looked to be true. Will he win the rematch? Probably, he's at home.

actually both fighters are at home for this one. cermeno has been living and training in panama for his entire career.
