So by fighting a man who was Lineal belt holder in Baldomir...he was supposed to fight Margarito?

He was offered Margarito the same time Oscar came out of retirement and was beating up Mayorga and saying he wanted to fight Mayweather, it was absolutely in the dicussion.

 

Mayweather was going to leave Arum after the Gatti fight when Arum couldn't secure him PPV fights after that. Arum then locked up Judah so Mayweathers stayed with TR for that fight. Then Arum wanted to lock up Mayweather in a 4 fight deal but wouldn't give him the fights or guaranteed money he wanted so he bolted. This isn't even discussing the fact that Mayweather claimed that Arum was stealing money from him.

 

He also lost to Mayweather, Khan, and Clottey. What's your point?


He did beat Spinks in a rematch. And he was the undisputed WW Champ. You guys act like he has never done a thing in his career.


He never gets the credit he desrves for what he has actually done.

And what has spinks really done other than get a bit of help from the ref when he fought Mayorga? thats my point every major fight Judah stepped up to he folded including the first fight with Spinks.

Here is the real Judah and spinks came into the title picture when Mosley and DLH moved up, Forrest lost twice to Mayorga there wasnt really any threats which is how they were able to snag those titles especially when you have one common promoter Don King.

basically the street was wide open for either Spinks or Judah to grab the titles for free and thats what happend Spinks got them from Mayorga which many question the points deducted in that fight.
