P4P best boxing country, in the last 30 years

Per capita, probably Guyana. They have a population of only about 750,000 (vs 4 million for PR), but have had at least 4 titlists (Dennis Andries, Andrew Six Heads Lewis, Wayne Brathwaite and Howard Eastman). For PR to have the same per capita titlists, they would have needed to have won 22 belts in that same span.

The answer might even be Samoa. 1 titleholder (Maselino Masoe), population of only 175,000, plus two other guys who won lots of belts but never a title (David Tua and Jimmy Thunder).

 

Puerto Rico has had 47 world champions in the last 30 years, I'm sure we can all do the math, also, Puerto Rico is property of the US, it is not part of it... don't blame me, that's what the Congress says anyways...

EDIT: Oh and the population is close to 4,000,000 people.

 

Puerto Rico hands down... Now, let me ask this... if PR is #1 per capita... would you imagine how crazy it will be if we had a population like Mexico??? It'll be to crazy to handle in my opinion
