When had provo ever proved anything regarding his chin ??? Once he starts getting hit cleanly, it's pretty much like he loses his desire to win the fight. I guess, that could be more his heart and drive, it'd just usually if one has a great chin they don't go into long dull periods of not trying to get after the opponent. Idk, that's a trend I've picked up on him and a major reason why I've never thought much of him. Hell, was I totally wrong about lucas Matty. Last couple years showed his chin ain't good and then he goes and quits, phucking quits. There's no regrouping after quitting. Yes I hold that terribly against duran which is why he's so fat back in my atg rankings which is the only correct atg rankings
He ate up cleans shots from Lucas without being wobbled at all. He got hit a lot too in that fight. I think the dull periods are more down to his limitations as a technical boxer but that's just my opinion
Never seen anyone take as many shots from lucas and not even wobble and take a step back even danny who has a very good chin got wobbled with one shot thats shows you how much of a iron chinned guy ruslan is
Was it the fifth round that Lucas stun him? I remember him almost getting KO´d and then he came back like a beast. Before the ifght i had my doubts about his chin. Not the case anymore.
lucas said he never hit a human so many times flush in his life said his head was like a stone even showed his hand after the fight which had bruising because of how hard he hit him again and again
