He must of been a fan of Tyson to put him over the likes of Chavez and Hagler imo or even Leonard .

My first thought would be to have Sanchez higher even though a bit of his early work is taken off if we're only counting post-1980. Still though, his biggest wins came in the time period allowed.

It's hard to put Fenech above the guys mentioned below him, and even though I like Chang getting a mention, it's hard to put him above the other guys as well. His entire career was pretty much summed up in the alotted time though, so there's the case for him.

I wouldn't be against placing Spinks slightly above Hagler for that period either.

Leonard was a bit inconsistent, but he had some huge wins, but then again so did the latter few.

Chavez above Tyson for the top spot. Tyson is arguable. Whitaker had already developed a good resume by this point, a bit odd that they'd have Fenech in there in my opinion.

    Not the worst list ever.

It would be more based on his dominance, but when thinking about it again, he did only dominate for half the decade, so I may need to rethink it. I'd put Chavez above him.

I disagree, it's great to see him get recognition that he deserves. That being said, possibly his best performance came outside of that time period.
