Even if he is, walking away from your contenders is cowardly.

A champ rules until he is dethroned, a ritual as old as time itself, like the king of the golden bough who would guard the sacred tree with his sword on his shoulder until someone came to challenge him and then he in turn would guard the tree with his sword on his shoulder wandering when his time is up.

Oh ... I don't know if Calzaghe's going to retire as p4p #1 ... not as long as Pac is around and he has a couple more years of dominance left in him.

I think a win over Jones would solidify a #1 ranking but I highly doubt that will happen.

Just on that fact alone maybe the reason why PBF doesn't come back to the sport.

    calzaghe will beat jones.

but joe has also never fought a proven world class fighter in his prime.

if anyone wants to disagree with me then i'm up for it

For the record ... Calzaghe will not come close to beating Jones ...

If Jones had any thought that Calzaghe was the real deal, he wouldn't agree to fight this guy in Whales.

Or Jones doesnt wanna be seen as a hasbeen and would take the fight even if they were fighting inside an active volcano?
