    Benitez would have toyed with Hatton at welter, Hatton just smothered Tzyu who was 35 at the time anyway.

    Hatton was a Super Lightweight, and Floyd was a Super Featherweight. H2H doesn't really matter.

    Maybe I'm being too belligerent at this point. I don't think rating Leonard above Mayweather is an unreasonable position, or saying he has better win. The blatant bias shown throughout this thread has just rubbed me the wrong way.

    Like how much credit does Floyd get for, waiting until someone is slipping, setting the fight up so the ring size, glove size all to get an advantage, and then getting a controversial decision?

    Many of Floyd's opponents are totally dismissed for being past it, even if they were still regarded at top fighters and coming off good wins, suddenly longevity counts for nothing even though everyone rates Foreman for winning the title in his 40's, people pretend Mayweather was naturally bigger than he was to deflate his achievements etc.

    Leonard didn't avoid Curry nor Pryor GCC. Pryor wasn't even in his weight division and i provided evidence years ago that Leonard had agreed to fight Pryor after Roger Stafford before he retired with the retina drama.

    Curry calling Ray out after he was damaged goods (stoppage losses to Honeyghan and McCallum) means nothing. He was never a mandatory for any title Ray had and the fact that Ray could fight any huge name he wanted to for insane dollars. Curry was no longer worth it.

    Everyone wanted to fight Leonard.

    Pac was actually number 1 in the sport pfp other than Floyd. That guy isn’t worth talking to if Mayweather is near the topic.

    Not even close. Leonard is a Top 15 ATG. Mayweather ranks in the Top 40-Top 60 ATG range, in my view

    Youre implying manny was shot and floyd shouldnt get credit. Manny looked awful BECAUSE he was fighting floyd.

    Look at pacquiaos punch stats against floyd and compare them to his other fights. Pacquiao simply couldnt adapt or figure out how to land on him.

    Pacquiao came back after the marquez loss and had a excllent win against bradley. After the floyd loss he beat bradley again and won the wbo belt, pummeled jessie vargas, then koed lucas mathyse. He was NOT shot.

    Doesnt matter who would beat who. If were comparing floyd to leanard, dont talk about who floyd ducked if were gonna ignore the names conspicuously missing from leanards resume.

    True and Floyd humilated this guy. But it does not come anywhere close the Hearns win who also had a considerable height advantage over Ray.

    I'll have a look tomorrow sober but on a (medium+ level of alcohol) rapid inspection it looks incredibly biased and one sided.
