1.You said Corbett was inactive for 5 years prior to the Fitz fight. Here is your statement.

"Corbett was semi-retired and 5 years inactive when he faced Fitzsimmons"
Corbett had fought Sharkey just 9 months before he fought Fitzsimmons.FACT

2.Jeffries was forced to return to the ring and give exhibitions with Sharkey because he was in financial straits, both of them were middle aged at the time FACT
3.Johnson was 29 years old when he fought Fitzsimmons and he had engaged in 57 fights ,beating among others
    Bill Lang
    Joe Jeannette multiple times
    Sam McVey multiple times
    Sandy Ferguson multiple times
    Denver Ed Martin
    Joe Butler
    Fred Russell
    Frank Childs
    Klondike
In no way shape or form could Johnson be called green or inexperienced ,5 fights later he was the CHAMPION!FACT
Fitzsimmons hand wraps were examined carefully in the ring by Jeffries before the men gloved up.FACT
4.Fitzsimmons won the lhvy title in1903, 4 years before he fought Johnson!FACT
It always gives me pleasure exposing you as a brain dead cretin who despite being corrected over and over again never learns anything from it and is totally incapable of ever admitting he is wrong.
I bet you rue the day you dug me out don't you?
    You absolute NONSENSE!

Larry built a nice house (not a super-extravagant mansion) with a boxing glove-shaped swimming pool in his hometown of Eason, Pa., while he was still champ and unless something has changed relatively recently he still lives in it.

He also invested in real estate. He built a large office building downtown and rented it to the federal government to house the main post office, like a 25- or 50-year lease.

No,your main claim is that Corbett had not fought for 5 years ,when in fact he had fought Tom Sharkey just nine months earlier! Corbett was 30 years old ,the reigning heavyweight champion and at an excellent weight for him.
When Fitz won the light heavyweight title it was in1903 ,4 years before he fought Johnson ,for which fight he entered the ring with a damaged arm.
Johnson had 57 fights on his record when he fought Fitz and was 29 years old ,just 5 fights away from winning the title. To suggest he was," inexperienced and green " is absurd!
Fitz's handwraps were examined carefully by Jeffries in the ring prior to the men gloving up this is reported in some detail in Pollack's biography of Jeffries.
That is all your points disposed of and blown completely out of the water.
With yourself exposed as an imbecilic nonsense and inveterate LIAR!

Some people have mentioned Gene Tunney, who unfortunately does not belong on this list.

His mentally ill daughter murdered her husband, and poor Tunney drank himself to death!

Schmeling and McLarnin were 2 that were very very well off that are no longer with us.
Amongst the living Holmes Hagler Bhop DeLahoya Lewis and the Klitschkos come to mind.

81 is plenty old and a fine time to drink oneself to death.

But, yeah, stories from his camp were not good regarding the final few decades.

Same with Benny Leonard. He was forced back into the sport for the money when he was a shell of his former self. Arguably the greatest LW ever.

Schmeling, McLarnin, Holmes and Foreman. Foreman has shown himself to be very intelligent as he retired healthy and has made a tremendous amount of money outside of the ring as well.

Nobody could possibly know what you are attempting to claim. However what you actually did state was just plain moronic Four or five specific errors were pointed out to you and your responses consists of nothing but non sequiturs and pure nonsense. You are the perfect blend of ignorance and arrogance.

I think it's safe to say you have a better idea about your main claim than anyone here.

Corbett was 30 years old, the reigning champion and scaled 184lbs for the fight, a pound less than he had for Peter Jackson6 years earlier, the same weight as he had scaled for his demolishing of Charley Mitchell , and 4 pounds less than he would weigh for his marvellous performance against Jeffries over 23rds 3 years later. Please show where he had deteriorated and was not in peak condition,he himself stated he was.
Have you made an appointment to see a psychiatrist yet? I urge you do to so,you are not well!
