As much as i hate to say it. PBF is hands down P4P number 1.
I have hopkins at #2

 

Once a year Old man Hops takes his suit off and beats a well regarded fighter like Tarver or Wright. May Jr just fought a retired prettyboy who was trained by May's own daddy. I can see how some people could put Hops in the #1 spot or a honorary position until Hops officially retires for good.

Hopkins resume is gorgeous and in a pound for pound matchup, I think he and Floyd are 50/50.

 

They're just polls. And there are a lot of people that dislike Mayweather.

I think both Tarver and Wright are better than anyone Floyd has fought ever. Well maybe not Tarver, but definately Wright.

 

Hopkins in in the lower realms of the top 10 at best.

He is an old man, who has beaten up some other old men. He is nothing like as good as Floyd, Calzaghe, Pacman, JMM, Kessler, Cotto, Hatton and so on...
