And 10 pounds above Hops natural weight as well....why are people forgetting this? Because he had ONE FIGHT at LHW????

    :huh

And again, if we are talking right now....its Floyd....but all time, Floyd doesnt come within a mile of Hopkins.

Wrong. Hopkins openly admits that 175lbs was his natural weight for most of his career and is where he would have preferred to fight. He only stayed at middle because he felt there were more lucrative opportunities. You can see, he actually looks quicker and more active now that he isn't constantly having to stay down that low in weight.

He was losing the fight early on. And he wasn't looking good in the process :deal

I agree Hopkins is better all time, but it isn't that far of a disparity.

Yes, it is. It easily is.

Oh and as for the weight thing......Hopkins may handle the weight he is at currently a little better than he did 160 (which I think is laughable, no way is he better at LHW than MW). But when you spend pretty much 15 years at 160, your natural weight is 160.

    15 years > 2 fights.

And I have NEVER seen him "admit" that he stayed at MW only for the money and is better suited for 175? Got a link for that interview?

OH AND NO ****IN WAY IN HELL WAS HE GETTING "BADLY BOXED" IN THAT FIGHT EARLY...YOUR DELUSIONAL!!!

I meant recently man. He looked better against Tarver and Wright (late in fight) then he did against Taylor. And styles can't account for it because Taylor didn't do ****.

And maybe you should do some research.....because that's exactly what he said in the build up to Tarver. Emanuel Steward and others have said it as well. His first fight was at Lt Heavy. :deal :deal

YES HE WAS GETTING OUTBOXED EARLY ON!!!!!!

there was not 1 round in the winky fight where i doubted a hopkins victory. Even though winky won some close rounds early on, hopkins was in total control of the fight the whole way through

hopkins looked damn good against wright.

Its called building up the fight. With so many people saying he couldnt handle the weight and that he was making a mistake moving up to take on Tarver, what did you expect him to say? Cmon....

And no, he wasnt getting outboxed. There were a few close rounds early on, but outboxed....thats a ridiculous exhageration!!!

    :good

    **** P4P with current and active fighters!!!!!:good
There is no real way to test it. It's nothing more than a populaity contest for fans to talk about.

As for Floyd?/ It's the same kind of **** you heard back when RJJ was on top. Cant wait to watch him drop similarly!!

Im my opinion, the only time P4P is really relevant ,is long after a guy is retired. You can judge the RESUME as a whole with wins and quality of opposition being the top criteria. SRR had a loss, Marciano didnt, but who in the hell rates the rock higher???:nono

Anyone who puts Floyd at the top of the ALL TIME P4P list should go have an MRI done ASAP, as they are clearly at risk of some impending brain trauma:yep
