    I'll take Diaz and here's why:

    -Marquez a bit slower at 135 than at 125
    -Diaz 10 year age advantage
    -Style favors Diaz here. Marquez will have moments where he's able to step out and counter but I think Diaz's aggression and volume punching win out this time over the sharp boxing of JMM.

    I'll take Diaz by dec. something like 116-112.
