Two dominant champions, in a P4P matchup. Who wins?

haha i like this matchup my first instinct was to say Klitshcko by KO but now i'm thinking no, Pavlik by KO. Klitshcko's division is so ****ing weak right now (so is Pavlik's but less) and he would go into a shell on the first punch that lands. Wlad might win some early rounds but Pavlik would knock his ass out.

    just imo

Good thread :good really made me realise that I am overrating Klitschko.

you can make a poll btw. on the original post click on thread tools

This is carcking me the **** up fantasizing about that fight. Its rumored they're gonna make the fight. They give Pavlik as much as a year to bulk up to HW. So Kelly immediately goes to 168 & KO's Kessler. Then he gets the winner of Hopkins Calzaghe & KO's him at 175. Now he's got his sites set on David Haye @ Cruiser. Pavlik comes in at a skinny 190 & KO's Haye.

Finally the night has arrived. Pavlik enters the ring weighing 197 lbs & confident that he's gonna be hearing some China breaking very soon. Only problem is it wasn't Klitschko China breaking, but instead Pavliks. He didn't have any place fighting a guy with WK's dimensions. KP has no business at HW. 175 lbs will be his limit in his career.

This idea was totally nuts. But I sure would like to see it & the question is, what does Kelly weigh when he enters the ring to fight Wlad Klitschko?

Their punching power is probably about the same p4p, although Wlad probably has quicker hands since he's pretty fast for a guy his size. Pavlik seems to go in completely unafraid and would probably land some good bombs (and take some), knocking down Wlad a couple times. He always at least tries to get up, and if he does, I would see him wearing Pavlik down and stopping him in the 11th or 12th after throwing his fearsome jabs the first 3-4 rounds.

I'd say 6 out of 10 Wlad gets the stoppage, the other 4 Pavlik ices him early. No way this goes to a decision, they just hit too hard and are both right-handed.

Pavlic is hardly a dominate champion, his only defense is a close rematch.

Wlad has been on top of the heavy game for years.

Wlad wins. Pavlic defense is leaky and Wlads power is good, he catches his ***** ass and its lights out

    check it, aight

This fight is possible at a catch weight of 179. Wlad might be a little weight drained and his head might look to big for his malnourished body, but it would be a stormer while it lasted.
Wlad would ravage Kelly like a starving POW let loose in a rotisserie chicken shop.
