    1. Phillips was at 140lbs into 2003, Phillips did destroy Tyszu and Tyszu should have looked for redemption

    2. Mayweather did try to fight Tyszu in 2004-2005, but Tyszu went after the bigger money in Hatton. When did Tyszu try to make this fight if Mayweather supposedly avoided him?

    3. When were on the topic of who avoided who, where's Tyszu's defenses against Mayweather, Harris, Witter, Gatti, Corley, Cotto? These were the top guys from around 2002 onwards

    4. Mosley took on Delahoya, a much bigger opponent in terms of money and legacy. No avoidance there

    5. Delahoya may have fought Tyszu, but Tyszu lost to Phillips when Oscar was in the same division, Oscar then went for the P4P no1, no duck there

BTW Tito knocks Tyszu out, Tito gets his shots off first time and again because of his better speed, movement and athleticism, Tyszu is backed up, outboxed, outworked and eventually knocked out. Even if its P4P what does that mean? Taking an inch off Tito's height so he makes 140 I suppose, a little big less strength, same result

I honestly would have a hard time picking a winner, it kind of depends on which one gets there first - KT's right hand or Tito's left hook. Tito had the power to drop and stop anyone, but KT had better overall skills and a devastating punch himself. I think I would lean toward KT but I wouldn't bet the house on it.

After Tszyu defeated Mitchell in November of 2004 in a Phoenix suburb, he said he only wanted a 'big fight', which at that time meant Floyd or Cotto. Floyd wanted no part of Tszyu, probably on the advice of Roger, and went on to fight Henry Bruseles. Tszyu's only choice was then to fight Hatton in Manchester in June of 2005.

Mayweather and Tszyu most likely didn't avoid each other. It was just a tough fight to make due to the network rivalry. Easier to get both networks to come together for a fight like Lewis-Tyson, which was the richest prize fight ever at the time, than Mayweather-Tszyu. Back then, Mayweather had never headlined a PPV, and Tszyu wasn't a ticket seller in the states. His schooling on Tackie did terrible ticket sales. He got paid very good money to go to Manchester and fight Hatton.

Trinidad by murder. Tszyu lacks toughness his toughest 2 fights by far he was brutally KOed and quit with 1 round left HE QUIT. Tito stops him within 6 rounds possibly as early as the first.

Thats it the fight would never have taken place.
Because of this reason and for people to say Tszyu wanted no part of PBF is bull**** to the max. Tszyu would take that fight in a heart beat.

I remember PBf's words at the time though about facing Tszyu.
Ill wait til he gets to Rogers age before we fight. PBF was **** frightened of Tszyu and we all know that.

In fact its the only man PBF has ever said he wouldnt fight publicly.

Untrue, the Mayweathers offered the fight to Tyszu, no one reached an agreement, Tyszu didnt make any offer to Mayweather

Yep, love KT but Tito is too big for him.

Tszyu is the more skilled fighter however.
