Crawford was in his third weightclass, Loma wasn't. Same reason the Linares win is better than the win over Rigo.
Personally I wouldn't argue Salido was a lesser opponent than Horn but, as I stayed, some may to justify putting Crawford above Loma on the P4P list.
You may be right as to how relevant the Salido loss was but, you know people will use that loss to put Crawford above Loma. As of right now I can't put Crawford above Loma but, he is lurking. Crawford is in the right division to put him in the top spot. A few good wins and he can be there.
'Hopefully Campbell can realize his potential & he might take the win'?! You just searched out those two posts from two differing accounts that had 'might' & 'potential' in them & came at me with them like you had something too Assalamualaikum..
Having Loma as your #1 is perfectly acceptable and reasonable. But, Crawford has a much longer shelf life I suspect. In 33 fights he's taken much less damage than Loma has in 12 fights. Given the 2 styles of each fighter I expect this trend to continue. So enjoy it while you can, Lomosexuals.
That has nothing to do with It, especially when you start camp at 147. Crawford isn't undersized at 147.
If Linares is so great , why did you believe a bum like Campbell had the potential to beat him? doh!! If Mikey had beaten Linares instead , you'd have given him nowhere near the same amount as credit and would have passed Linares off as being too fragile or something.
You try to make fun out of other posters when you had even worse predictions, how ironic. Btw. Luke Campbell is not a bum. Otherwise Linares isn't very good either, because he had a close fight with Campbell. Yet you picked him to beat Loma.
I called it a 50/50 fight in which Loma was the favorite if we're getting down to brass tax. I backed Linares because im a fan and and take nothing away from Loma's victory. Liqurice didn't give a rats ass about Linares until he was beaten by Loma , now he can't stop talking about how great he is. . I'll make fun out of him because he is a joke of a poster.
Ok, if you climb weight successfully, doesn't count. If you climb weight and get floored by Linares, pfp greatness ensues.
Okaaaay....who said that? Okaaay....Crawford has ruled TWO of the weakest divisions in boxing at the time. Crawford starts camp at the light heavyweight division, he cuts a tremendous amount of weight, in theory he could have stepped up earlier. Now, he is there at 147 and the division is STACKED yet he fought the weakest champion there who's only claim to fame is beating a 600yo Pacquaio. I don't think beating Horn when you have ruled weak divisions suddenly elevates you over a guy who has done it in less time as a third of the fights. Terry beats a Thurman, beats a Garcia, beats a Spence then we can talk. Linares is a much better fighter than Horn, as is Salido.
