I was gonna say head to head at 130 but since that was Floyd`s 1st weight class & Sal Sanchez died as a 126 lber, I figured the majority would pick Floyd because of the size difference.... I wanted this contest to be about skill.

Let me put it like this.....

    1. If you think Floyd beats Sanchez mainly thru size difference, then post who you think was better at their respective weights - Floyd at 130 v Sanchez at 126 - who looked the better fighter in a p4p sense.

    2. If you think the weight jump to 130 would take absolutely nothing at all away from Sanchez as a fighter & he wouldnt be over-powered by Floyd then just state who you think would win the fight between the 2.

I know both boxers are respected on ESB even if Floyd is also disliked, I think this would be a brilliant clash of 2 artists, different in style but not much different in brilliance.

Ive seen a bit of Sanchez but planning to see a whole lot more soon so cant make a definite comment just now but I think Floyd has his hands full if he`s to outbox this guy or beat him in a p4p match.

    Cheers.

Stylistically Floyd is bad for Sal. Quicker off the draw, would force him to play the aggressor, would likely beat him to the punch due to his superior reflexes.

You can't really match them up as they are different weights and from different weigh in eras. If they ever gouhht it would be a physical mismatch.

I agree that Sanchez found defensive boxers much more difficult... Then he was shrewd enough not to become the aggressor. Both men great at thinking through their opponent in the ring and adjusting. Monzon had this as well.

Mayweather despite the hype is as good as he can be.

Mayweather though despite fighting longer doesn't have the opponents on hsi record that Sanchez has. Gomez, Nelson, Lopez (x2), etc...

Mayweather would win a comfortable decision, though he really wouldn't hurt Salvador.

Mayweather is the greater and better fighter IMO and would win a decision.
