Well, it comes down to resume... It's not that complicated. It's definitely not an easy list to compile, but it's not complicated.

Some boxers have a very good resume but not faced the best in what weight thay are in.The Zero becomes more important on there record & not to lose.Manny Pacman has always faced anyone never ducked over the years, this is why he's still high P4P even if past his best.
Manny get tons of respect from the boxing fans on what he's done.Fighter's who won't fight the better guys should not be high in P4P.
This does mean thay are not good but P4P is for special boxers that will fight the cream.

I don't recall many P4P lists having Wilder on them. I know ESPN has him in theirs, sitting at #10. (something I disagree with)
But Crawford, while his resume is somewhat weak, is still on a really good run. While his resume does lack anyone truly elite, it can't be denies that he has beaten a lot of good boxers. Plus he unified 140 and now is a paper titlist at 147.
In Crawford's case, it is that there was little opposition for him. And now at 147, guys are ducking him.
