You need to be more clear with your first post and poll... I don't know wtf your asking. Anyways, Pac > May in terms of greatness. May > Pac if they ever fought.

P4P I have to go Pac.

The man in reality is a 135lb fighter beating the best at 140 , 147 and 154.

However a fight between Floyd and Manny would be very onesided , I can actually see Floyd stopping Manny in around 10 .

Floyd is now a solid 147 / 150 fighter who doenst need to eat 5000 calories a day to fight at welter.

Head to head fight now - Floyd (easy)

    P4P - Manny (just).

    peace.

    best answer so far.

but p4p (just). in my eyes it wouldnt be so close. ortiz fought prety well vs floyd, even oscar had his moments with his long jab etc. so pacquiao p4p as tall n big as floyd would realy puse imens problems on floyd, pacquiao would punch so much harder combined with the workrate, I see pac blasting floyd away in 8 rds. jlc pressured floyd, won a lot of rds, by staying close to floyd and punching high workrate, imagine a bulked up tall pacquiao pressuring floyd, or any other boxer in history would have a damn hard time.

so in final p4p who might be the greatest ever, it is not so stupid to put pacquiao in the conversation best ever, even so he would have a damn hard time beating a prime rjj or srr, even in a p4p sense.

Do you account for height and reach difference when 2 fighters fight out the same weight class? I mean Floyd weighed 150 lbs and Pacqauio weighs around 148 lbs so they are roughly the same size, in all weight devisions in boxing there is range of different heights and weights but to make things equal means changing the style of the fighters.

Pacqauio and Marquez where equal in size and a lot of people thought Marquez won.

come on dude. weight is one thing, but it simply is a big disadvantage if you're much smaller than your opponent. FACT.

But if Mike Tyson was 6'5 do you think he would come forward bobbing and weaving trying to fight his normal style of fighting, same if Wlad was 5'10 he wouldn't fight out of the same style.

P4P Marquez>Pac, let alone Mayweather, Pacquaio isn't in Mayweather's stratosphere. And everyone talking P4P should realise they weigh the same in the ring now, so which weight class is Pacquaio supposedly better? When he was losing to Marquez at 126? When he was losing to Marquez and Morales at 130? When he beat a bum at 135? When he beat Hatton at 140? Or 147 where the consensus is Floyd beats him?

correct. and had marquez been as tall as floyd with same arm length, than I would be sure marquez would have landed much more and won some rds.

sure. style is one thing. if tyson at 6'5 fights with the superb technique he had in his prime I doubt any other heavyweight would have had a chance against him, thats why a lot of a people rate him high in a p4p sense, yet it is extrodinary what he achieved considering how short his size and his arm length were.

Neither`fighter`deserves to be ranked no1 because both have deliberately avoided their biggest challenge which is each other.

**** both of them, they are old news, a disgrace to this already dying sport & I wish both guys the very worst possible luck in life.

Also... shame on all you ******ed ****s that continually make threads about these frauds, they do not deserve it at all.
