Naseem Hamed hands down. Heavyweights are known to knock each other out, no weight limit to reach or draining involved. Hamed as a featherweight was leveling guys with awkward punches out of nowhere. Plus his resume has far better competition, Tom "Boom Boom" Johnson, Kevin Kelley, MAB....
Naseem Hamed: 1. Naseem Hamed has beaten FAR, FAR stronger opposition. 2. His opposition tend to have very good chins. 3. His power was career ending power - very strange. He genuinely ruined careers. 4. Manny Steward said so, he said P4P the hardest puncher he's ever trained and that he hits exactly as hard as a Middleweight. 5. Look at the punches he lands, not easy to utilise the snap in some of his big shots, yet they make his opponents fall. Deontay Wilder however only has two big shots and they're absolute haymakers. Interestingly enough, he never had power in the amateurs and this element was problematic for him. He is an example of someone who can gain power, GOAT power.
Manny steward said Naz was p4p the biggest puncher he trained what did it for naz was he relied on his power and against bareera that became so apparent once bareera disarmed him Naz could not do anything else
I agree, it's not even close. Hamed used to make good fighters dance with his power. And he threw at such awkward weird angles, it's amazing he was able to generate that type of power. I fathom at what a throwing straight down the pipe Naz would've done.
