1. Ward 2. Alvarez 3. Mayweather 4. Rigondeaux 5. Marquez 6. Pacquiao 7. Bradley 8. winner of Matthysse v Garcia 9. Golovkin 10. W. Klitchsko
I'm a Rigo fan, but I can't rate him over Wlad. Yes, he's got the best win, but considering Wlad has 7 more title defenses than Rigo has wins in his professional career and has been dominant for much longer, there's just too much depth there.
Canelo gets a top 5 spot Ward gets number one Id lean towards rigo in the top 3. Pacquiao is out of the top 10'at this point a dominating win over rios is good he might make the top 10 but i dno if hed make top 5 It would be a good business move by the ring to put pac in number 1 or atleast infront of floyd) so it Rehypes the fight
Ward, Canelo, and Bradley would be in the top 5 in that scenario, barring other unknown results in that time frame.
Ward number 1 give it a rest, he has barely fought ion last 2 years and the SMW division is hardly stacked. If he steps up a weight and bosses that division yes I can see a case but right now give me a break
Maybe not after beating Rios, but a couple of wins down the line, he'll be back on top.. Especially if he avenges the Marquez defeat. If Floyd loses he should be out the top 10, same as pac was dropped from the list after the Maqrquez loss.
Ring Magazine took a stand against the Bradley robbery and said it wouldn't affect the rankings. Back when Marquez beat him in the 3rd fight though, the official result was all that mattered.
