    Taylor and Cotto missing. Ya i'd bump Morales and honestly Trinidad wouldn't be on my list. He never beat anyone good and the judges botched the De La Hoya fight. Otherwise I like that list. Might want to give a nod to Lennox Lewis also.

    Jones is low because this is since 1997, not since 1993.

    Toney is not on the list because since 1997 he only had one good win at Cruiserweight and a regular campaign at Heavyweight; that DOES NOT guarantee a P4P place. If you consider Toney's career since 1991, then that's a different thing.
