    1. Mayweather - Still top
    2. Pacquaio (I've dropped Ward out for the moment for inactivity) - Still elite with win over Bradley.
    3. Rigo - Best at 122, beat Donaire at his peak and is perhaps most skilled on this list.
    4. Wlad - Best at hw for a long time.
    5. R Gonzalez - Probably best little fighter out there, good resume and on the way up all the time.
    6. Bradley - Hard to place: Very good resume and win vs JMM but loss to Pacquaio last time out.
    7. JMM - An ATG win vs Pacquaio, near end of career but looked good vs Alvarado last time.
    8. Froch - Great will/heart/chin, silenced Groves with much improved showing last time.
    9. GGG - Clear best at 160, biggest P4P puncher and just need some marquee wins. A potential mw atg.
    10. Stevenson - Ring 175 champ, great 2013, needs to fight Kovalev/Hopkins winner.
    11. Estrada - Good resume and win over P4P rated Vilora at the time, good win vs Segura and points loss to Gonzalez is no shame.
    12. M Garcia - Good young fighter but potentially strange move to 140.
    13. Walters - Straight in at #13 for his great win over P4P Donaire to announce himself in a great 126 division.
    14. D Garcia - At a high and in top 10 with great win over Matthysse but has stagnated since and should probably have a loss vs Herrera.
    15. Kovalev - Looks a beast similar to GGG and passes the eye test, big fight vs Hopkins next.
    16. Canelo - No shame in losing to p4p #1 but has a good resume lately apart from that: Good wins over Lara, Trout, Angulo and probably the best at 154 until he moves up.
    17. Yamanaka - #1 at bantam and probably under-rated.
    18. Uchyiama - Similarly under-rated/appreciated due to fighting mostly in Japan, good fighter and good resume.
    19. Crawford - Great 2014, good wins vs Burns and Gamboa, probably the best at 135 and on the way up.
    20. Maidana - Gave Mayweather his toughest fight in years but failed to build on that in the rematch. Good win vs 3 division titlest Broner and has improved since his losses.
    21. Cotto - Win over P4P (albeit shot) Martinez, will probably look for big money fights at end of his career now.
    22. Hopkins - One of a kind, still doing it at nearly 50 but up against it vs Kovalev.
    23. Lomachenko - Hard to place after only 3 fights but looks a special talent with good win last time and will have the chance to how his greatness in a packed division.
    24. Brook - Good win over highly-touted Porter showing he is world level delivering on his overdue promise, titlist in a top division.
    25. Donaire - Past his best which was top 5 P4P, overpowered at 126 but could still be a force at 122.
    26. Mares - Was top 10 P4P until shock loss to Gonzalez, has to get back into title contention now.
    27. Huck - Probably the best in a forgotten division
    28. Johnny Gonzalez - Long successful career, KO win over Mares puts him in here.
    29. Matthysse - Lost close fight to Garcia but still top 2-3 at 140 and has some good recent wins.
    30. YP Hernandez - Ring champion, can look vunerable but good skillset in little-talked about division.

Opinions? Any big changes you would make?

I see your point, Stevenson could certainly be outside the top 10, although he still won vs Fonfara and had a great 2013 so is probably a lock top 15.
