    IE who are the real boxing POWER HOUSES?
    In terms of history/past champions/present champions/rules/safety/fans etc?

    Historically Britain and America.

    If you want to make money in boxing nowadays you want Americans, British or Germans watching you.

    Culturally Mexico and Puerto Rico are huge boxing nations. I think in a previous thread we discovered that Puerto Rico is the best boxing nation when it comes to number of world title holders and population size.
