    I'd say Britain.
    The reason being, it's the fans who make the sport (without fans we wouldn't have boxing at all). And the British fans really are something else.
    They make a non British fighter feel like he's fighting in Britain even when in his home country!
    Notable examples: hatton v mayweather, Bruno v Tyson 1 and 2, andost recently haye v w. Klitschko
