    How?

BHop has wins over Tarver and then KP and WW at 170lbs.

In comparison Joe has wins over Lacy, Kessler and B-Hop. All at a natural weight for the opposition.

Mmmm. Maybe because JC retired undefeated with Bhops name on his record and Bhop lost two fights to JT not all that long ago. Tarver was a decent win and no more.

pac have tons of accomplishments, but PBF stays unretired, pac would always be behind PBF in the p4p rankings. that is because if they fight, PBF would still be favored to win. P4P to me is that the public concedes that the #1 fighter can not be beaten...not the only who accomplish more

When i make my list's I'm looking at recent accomplishments and Quality of Opposition, Unifying titles is also a big plus for me.

P4P is based purely on how effective of a boxer someone is, relative to their weight.

Acomplisment has nothing, zilch, zero bearing on this. Though certain accomplishments/wins can be used as evidence of how effective of a boxer someone is.

    Accomplishments - Tangible

I think accomplishment has more weight
nevertheless who beats who has to be taken into account

60/40 in the favour of accomplishment
