that was my choice as well when I read the title, then im going with tommy hearns. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZdLJAYzV9M[/ame]
Hearns, Jackson. Arguably the top 2 punchers of all time. Jackson's KO over Buster Drayton and Hearn's demolition of Duran are 2 of my favourites, ever.
p4p = Julian Jackson as stated above...Had crazy power from any punch from any angle... IMO, Tyson, Foreman, Lewis, Shavers are all up there as the hardest punchers, both hands, I'm reluctantly leaving out guys like Dempsey, Marciano, Louis based soley on weight... Most powerful punchers with one really good punch - Joe Frazier, Razor Ruddock, David Tua, Wladimir Klitschko, etc..
Gomez was not one of the hardest punchers. He was one of the best at breaking people down. One of the best punch-pickers. As far as single shot power goes he didn't show anywhere near the kind of power of so many other men. Jackson's about as good as you're gonna get for modern fighters in terms of sheer concussive brute power. Bob Foster is up there as well. These two knocked people dead with their punches. Folded them like accordions, knocked them stiff, etc.
