no one in the middleweight division is more deserving for a shot than me.... i did not pull out of this fight so why arent i fighting...... these promoters in perth went behind my back and opted to fight fletcher.... the paba officials need to get there act together... the title was mine to fight for.... i wanted to fight either piper or pradeep for the title which got denied by the officials but were willing to sanction the fight for josh..... they gave fletcher a shot in his 3rd fight against a bum.... i dont know who says yes or no to opponents but they have to the same rules for everyone..... i still want my shot at THE TITLE..... i say bring the fight to cronulla jokers....
Obviously they felt their hometown boy would lose Junior. I havent nothing against Robbie Bryant, but his team knew you would have plundered him by KO. Never rated Bryant highly at all.
Why you suprised juniour , its just Aussie boxing at the norm , If they hit back don't take it , if its 50-50 don't ask for it. Pay the money and bring in the profesional loser .
Why rely on promoters if you've promoted before? As I understand, Junior's promotion at Cronulla Leagues was very successful, hence the logical question has to be asked, if that's your market, why are you relying on going to Perth and being on someone's card? Do the promotion yourself. Whinging about Promoters ain't gonna endear you to other's wanting to put you on. Same goes for sanctioning body officials, rightly/wrongly need to work with them in order to help you long term.
Kegsy you speak absolute crap. Bryant's people scared. Fletcher is a commonwealth games gold medalist for ****s sake.If they were scared of Junior why would they fight Fletcher. Id say there would be other factors, like cost ?
I never said they were "scared". Just IMO feel they knew Bryant would have most likely got plundered taking a massive step up in competition...wise move by Bryant's camp.
so they pick a gold medalist in the commonwealth games whose wins include james degale and adonis stevenson! :thumbsup
