    lol

you are a good poster and knows how to put words nicely together to build your argument. but seriously now, you are sounding like marquez himself when he visited manila few weeks ago. the things is, the diaz fight was scheduled already way before the jmm rematch and was sidelined because of the demands by the pacfans. they want pac to get a belt at 130 for the legacy. he could be great beating the morales and the barreras but without a record that he got the 130 belt, his reign at super-feather could have easily been forgotten by future boxing fans. pacfans demanded that he fight jmm instead of diaz to seal his legacy. now that he beat marquez, although a close one, still is a win (as seen by the judges) he got his belt and his legacy sealed.

Now, pac is aiming to improve his legacy by stamping his mark on another division way higher from his starting weight class (106 pounds), which is truly amazing, and possibly have a shot at the 140 belt which would give him more legacy than finishing a trilogy with marquez which would more likey be another close fight. if jmm wants to be considered by pac for a third fight, he should get a 135 belt while pac gets his own and who knows, pac would want to unify the 135 instead of cashing-out at 140.

either case, it's hard-press to call pac a coward since he would fight a hatton instead of marquez who he knew that he can deck anytime. besides, he already fought him twice. does that sound like a guy who is a coward? if pac is a coward by your standard, then what will you call other boxers?

Fact of the matter is that Pac is moving on to bigger and better things than JMM! Pac is on the verge of becoming a crossover star and JMM isnt a relivent name to the casual boxing fans. I think the plan is for Pac to hopefully win a belt at 135 and move up again for a fight with Hatton or even ODH. Seems like a stretch in terms of the weight differences but with the amount of money that would be generated in those types of fights, it really isn't that much a stretch. I dont think Pac will even be fighting much longer being that he has so many interests outside of boxing so these "superfights" that have been rumored makes alot of sense from that standpoint.

Any one that knows PAC knows JMM, there's a reason their last fight was Pac's highest earner!:hi:

i respect your opinion, but i doubt it he'll face the likes of campbell and juan diaz as they are too much of a high risk that doesn't offer pac anything. Casamayor on the other hand is still highly regarded as he recently destroyed katsidis so if pac and casa gets to fight and if pac wins, he'll get his due credit.

And yes, imo pac will definitely beat david diaz and get that belt easy title

My initial reactions as well. Calling Pacquiao a coward is flat out absurd.

he's still not over the fight...pretty sad because from what I thought, there would be no excuses win or lose.
