Pac already beat a slick champion.

I'm talking about STYLES not weight jumping. In a P4P sense would Sasakul's style prevail over their's.

I agree about Pac being versatile in that fight. IMO, the two best performances Pac did was w/ Ledwaba and Barrera. Pac beat Ledwaba for the title w/ 2 weeks notice and beat Barrera (the first fight) when he was still a one dimensional fighter.

Lebwada was pretty slick and skilled too. Big George actually raved how great a boxer Lebwada was.

All his wins at 122 were KO's but you would get blasted if you compare him to Wilfredo Gomez.. Noooo Pacs a nobody compared to him.

Sasakul does not qualify because he has to be a slick black American. That means, he should run around in the ring, does not go toe-to-toe, pot shots, does not entertain, talks crap, cares only about money, and ducks.

Sasakul was slick for a boxer

    not "slick for a thai"

The guy was slick, end of story.

There is no reach in my statement, I stand by it 100%.

Sasakul would've boxed circles around a guy like Soto moreso than Guzman did, and would never have been drawn into toe to toe exchanges against Barrios either. He's slicker than the other guys too

Ledwaba unlike Sasakul was more of a straightforward technical boxer than a slick fighter.

  12. yep,hes huge for a fly...think hes a natural feather,130 to 135 i guess..

Slickness? Didn't you guys ever watch Cotto's 2nd or 3rd round with MARGO? Didn't he shown a Pernell Whitakerish back then?

dcompared to that THAI fighter, I guess COTTO is why above that level--and what did PACMAN did to him?

A fighter can be as slick as he wanted to be until he faces a style that could force him to adjust or be forced to stay away from his usual fighting style.. :hat

the difference is that although Cotto tried to be slick at times against Margo, that's not his style. Cotto's style is to put steady pressure and patiently beat his opponents down to the body and head. Sasakul is a slick fighter who likes to stay on his toes, that's his style..
