Yeah, pretty sure it would've been heavily incentive based. ie he would have to keep winning and fighting marketable names.

nah, people say he was not the same pac in 2015 compared to 2011 which I dont really buy, so instead of hanging the phone up at the first offer, he could have actually tried to negotiate.

why didnt he try to negotiate instead of just hanging the phone up? what did you expect floyd to throw out a 100m offer from the get go?

Funny, now they're agreeing Pac ducked Floyd to make 150M. Floyd made a lot more!

yep, he had no intentions of fighting in 2011, he would have at least tried to negotiate if this was the case.

that is not offer for negotiation but an insult tantamount to ducking. just do the math and you'll see. a legit offer is justified and not just snatched out of thin air. the sharing on their last fight was very low for pac because of ktfo6 but it is 4 times than that fight blocking offer. 40M has no justification from a sane top player.

Problem with Pacquiao, he was always going to lose to mayweather. They both used each others name to sell fights. It was a selling point, he wins this they we might get the mayweather vs Pacquiao fight next. If they would have fought then they both wouldn't have made as much millions as they have. This was a wait to milk this for as much as they could get then cash out thing. Both sides are to blame, I'm sure we will get the second fight next year as a final cash grab. The pich will be mayweather's going for 50-0 and Pacquiao is 100% Healthy with his killer instincts back.

40m for a fight that generated over 4.5m buys. But sure all those people tuned in to see Mayweather.

The $40m offer was a joke offer.
