IMO after watching all of the video interviews that roach, arum, and pac have made, it always make me think of Don king and tyson. I really am starting to feel like the pac camp blew that fight vs my original feeling of blaming both. (Although i do think both parties could have worked a little harder to make it happen)

Now this thread is to start the who blew it discussion but moreso to just get others take on my title...I really see manny as the type who isnt scared to fight mayweather, but i feel that he is weak minded (as someone else already mentioned) thus enabling arum and roach to basically tell him how high to jump in a misleading way.

I really feel like arum is hustling pac as well out of money, and im really starting to honestly believe roach/arum talked him out of this fight, not for manny but for there continued meal ticket.... I really hope that is not the case because I like Manny and i really hate to see people get used... but as the days go by, it reminds me more and more of King/tyson...

there was no way for Arum to know that Floyd wouldn't bite at the 24 day offer.

He's not a mind reader. The guy accepts 14, there's a big chance that he'll accept 24 too.

Except.. it wasn't a one time offer. They were in negotiations with an arbitrator. He had every reason to know that 24 would not be accepted.

Explain why? Are you saying Floyd was 100% certain that this would get him put of the fight. This is my major issue with everyone that thinks its floyds fault. How could he possibly know this?!

I am sorry but if you can make outrageous overweight clauses, then a blood test before the fight is on par, as both clauses were unheard of in boxing.

UMM im not talking about one specific thing im just talking about in general....roach and arum change their story so much and speak so much for manny which makes him look bad because roach and arum cant stay consistent and i really thank manny should speak for himself and get them two in check because he is better than that....

Now i know they dont compare to how king used tyson but i really think roach and arum are playing many....OR should i just say, if it came out, i definately wouldnt be surprised.

No, Arum makes Don King look like a ****ing saint at this point. We've seen the Forbes match up of Mayweather-Pacquiao-Mosley. Pacquiao only out earned Mayweather by 8 million despite fighting 2 more fights than Mayweather and against bigger attractions. Arum robs his fighters blind, and while he gets them some real gifts(shady decisions is one of his specialties) the amount he takes is insane. That is why Floyd broke loose the second he could.

I think you have mistaken my post... Let me clarify.

I was responding to the suggestion that somehow Arum had no way of knowing that Floyd would not accept 24 days. But Arum didn't just make a blind stab in the dark with an offer not knowing the outcome.... Both sides were in negotiations, including an arbitrator, and Arum was well aware f the fact that 24 days was unacceptable. He knew that 24 days was nowhere near enough of a compromise, considering Floyd wanted 1 day and Pac's people wanted 30. 14 would have been the logical compromise, but they were not even willing to do that.
