Id understand people being pissed off about it if they fought like sissies but Pac fought ferociously, he threw 1200 punches ffs...does that sound like a guy who didnt want to hurt his opponent because they were friends? It just so happened Clottey didnt come out.

the whole card had that sparring session aura about it. In all the fights the fighters were more worried about being good sports and touching gloves rather than fighting. Really disappointing night

It's called class. Not every fighter has to act like a 12 year old.

 

They should have fought with 50 ounce gloves ...now that would have been entertaining

It did look like pacquiao was just having a sparring session against a friend in there, the way he was laughing at clottey at times....

I think clottey partyed too much in the locker room, maybe he already cashed the paycheck or something....He had a band and everything in his locker room...

 

thats funny that you should say this after calling these guys a couple of bitches. especially sinse the guy you are indirectly trying to fellate is so adverse to the violence which you claim is the appeal in boxing. i agree that floyd is in denial about his actual entertainment value. i think he is the most boring fighter to ever hold the p4p spot. if i am wrong and you can think of one more boring then you win this debate with me.

 

doesn't mean much. Shows good sportsmanship. Even if they came in not liking each other the fight would have been the same. I have seen guys get a long and then go to war, and then guys who do not like each other the fight is boring. It does not mean anything. Touching gloves is ok. Hearns when he fought Duran tapped his glove when he stepped on Roberto's feet in round one and then dropped him a minute later with a right and knocked him out the next round. Sportsmanship is not bad.
