His last fight was at LIGHT-WELTERWEIGHT.... not LIGHTWEIGHT.

Probably, yes, considering he did MORE than Pac in his own time.

Do you think he will beat Barrera or Marquez in their primes? No disrespect to Armstrong but the abovementioned are skilled fighters.

Have you ever watched any old clip fights during Armstrong time? Then after the bell rings two fighters just bullrush and they swing wild @ each other lol.

That means a deeper pool of people which makes it even more difficult to succeed which makes Armstrong's accomplishment to stand out amongst everyone even greater....

    Are they?

Because that **** is all relative...

Armstrong is a skilled fighter, and he proved it by using his skills to defeat bigger and stronger men.

Barrerra is good, but he can't transfer his ability at higher weights because he lacks the skill level of Armstrong.

Whenever people mention the comparison, it's as it should be; qualified by Pac being the "modern-day" version. It has to be, because Armstrong's one of the "Untouchables"- one of the few old-time fighters who had accomplishments that today could never be replicated even if the modern fighter had the will and the ability to. Nobody fights enough, and there's too much red tape to attempt to match it. Even Sugar Ray Robinson's accomplishments, we've seen to a lesser extent with great welterweights having success up to middleweight and light heavyweight; Armstrong? His achievements will never be duplicated.

This is taking nothing away from Pac whatsoever, because he's been racking up lineal titles like he's taking them from a Pez dispenser.

Pls. don't exaggerate, these are merely fantasy match-ups, we will never know. I will give Marquez a chance to beat Armstrong based on his skills.
