A occurred, then B occurred. Therefore, A caused B? No, the logic is wrong. Pac back with Roach is good.
I don't think it matters much. The issue is a 40 year old Pacman. Broner should jump on him early and see if he can turn it around. If he cannot hurt Manny, he is in trouble, but he would be in trouble anyway if he cannot stop Manny.
At 40 and with as much experience as he has, he really only needs somebody to hold his spit bucket between rounds.
Buboy ain't no strategist and he's far more emotionally invested in Pac than Roach could ever be. He could make wrong decisions based on emotions. Personally, I prefer Roach to be the lead. Or maybe Nacho Beristein.
At 40, he's allowed quite a few excuses if he loses. He wins, meh.....it's just Broner. Roach or no Roach, AB isn't the yard stick to determine what any trainer can do to bring out whatever is left in Manny.
He's not going to change at this point, plus he's old and very shopworn after 25 years of wars. I wish he would retire.
I think after nearly 70 bouts over a 24 yr pro career and winning multiple world titles en route, Manny likely knows how to and who to train with, to get the best out of himself.
It's not going to make him younger. The issue here is age, as Roach previously stated. Pacquiao is far too past it to make any miraculous changes at this point.
