Given the advantage of having a 55-45 split and all the drug tests he wants, what will Floyd come up with next? Might as well just retire from the sport again, or simply say he does not want to fight Pacquiao, because any other excuse he gives for not agreeing to make this fight happen next year is simply ridiculous.

We can argue all day about how much more skilled Floyd is as a boxer and win it, but until Floyd proves it in the ring, it's sounds nothing more than self-preservation. It's the risk taken that glorifies winning.

Based on the numbers on common opponents, Manny is worth 42-43%.

My argument is this: Send the books to a 3rd party accounting firm and let them review. If Manny does infact deserve 45% then he will get 45%.

To those who say "well it's only 2%," boxing is also a business and Manny did the same thing with Hatton. Agreed to 50/50 only to negotiate his way to a 52/48 split with Ricky.

I believe Koncz from time to time, yes. I always have. I doubted what he said and Manny came out after, and said he would take 45%.

    Note-Your boy is overlooking Marquez.

Note 2-Manny will be worth even less if the Marquez fight does not do good numbers or he loses.

Note 3-After Marquez, send the books to a 3rd party accounting firm so they can review the numbers. If Manny really deserves a 45% share in the purse then the books will show this.

Floyd will simply come back with 60/40 or guarantee of 40 million or something. There are a million excuses he can make.

No that is incorrect. Richard (who is authorized to represent Floyd) already said they wanted to send the books to a 3rd party accounting firm where they will review the numbers.

So the ball is really in Manny's court. He should take Richard up on the offer (might have to wait till Marquez 3 is done as he is busy and contractually obligated to that fight) and send all the books to a 3rd party accounting firm. If Manny is really worth 45% in this fight, then the books will reflect this.

have you seen how Pac's team works? Pac wanted Floyd earlier this year and Arum spent the whole team BSing about advisers while negotiating a fight with Bradley
