At 140-142 Lbs contracted JMM had a good chance.
At 145 he will loose. FMJr knew that.

    If he does beat JMM
and fights Manny I hope it is at 140 lbs. Anything else shows him to be ....

How many ****in idiots here will continue to ignore the size issue? Yeah, Floyd beating a smaller guy coming up is the same as Pac beating the bigger guy... And this ****** tried to tell people he was a former boxing pro? :patsch

That's because Pac is a fighter. Floyd is a runner.

it would be fair if we compare fight night weights. does not tell all but definitely tells us something.

what is floyd's heaviest fight night weight and how heavy is he when he fought hatton and oscar??

what is jmm's heaviest weight fight night and how heavy is he when he fought casa and juan diaz??

He'll get credit for the win no doubt but I'm under no illusion that Mayweather is a HEAVY favourite in the fight.

J.M.M is man-ing up, and you're pissed off that he's kept his word because you think J.M.M is too small for Floyd:lol:. He wanted a fight with Floyd, and now he has one. I see this as a great fight, and guys like you who "aren't ahead of your time" just cry your opinion to us "ahead of our time" fans lol. I didn't cry when Floyd went straight up in weight to fight Castillo and Castillo was 250 lbs fight night lol...did you?

When I screamed to you guys that Dlh had no size advantage over Pac, you all cried and whined he did. You think I'm going to say J.M.M is too small for Floyd? When it becomes apparent fight night that J.M.M is too small for Floyd, then I'll agree.

PBF gets nothin from me for beatin JMM at WW. If he did so at 140 it would be credible.

The fact that J.M.M took the fight at any weight gives me the right to tell you that I don't give a fuk what you think anyway.

Marquez is small, too small for 147, but at 135 is still good fighter. 140? Not sure, but at 147, Void knows how to cheat, he will have his judges and ref, watch and see. Marquez is still boxing 101 though. Pac will knock Void out, Void does not want to fight him.

    I agree it's a great fight - I never said that it wasn't.

I'm just saying that your examples in your thread title are not consistent because it was Manny going North to fight JMM.

The issue of common opponents comes in the form of the quality of the performance from the p4p contender in question. You're talking about what might happen and it's a valid point.

Equally valid is that Manny has thoroughly outperformed Floyd against their common opponents.

i smell upset on the jmm vs pbf fight!

one thing is for sure. who ever wins gets the first ticket to fight pac..

if jmm wins, then there is no reason why pac should not fight him. interesting 3rd fight.

if pbf wins, then it will be a battle of the current #1 and the former#1

the only reason why i don't want pbf to win is because the pac vs jmm III will be less interesting..

same scenario if jmm wins, pbf vs pac would be less interesting..

one thing is for sure for the winner. he will deserve a shot with pac

Nall - Mate - Why not go the whole way and just have PBF have four tune up's with JMM being the peak and proceeded by Rustico Torrecampo, Medgoen Singsurat and Erik Morales?

Then he can REALLY stick it to the *******ians!
