I had only seen one fight of his before he fought MAB.... didnt know much about him, and had told my dad about how awsome MAB was lol.... so when we sat down to watch it i couldnt believe my eyes lol.... I still think thats his greatest win because it was when he needed it the most... everything from here on out will not matter as much as that win, because that is what put him on the map.
in terms of legacy Mab I and DLH are on par imo but I think his 2nd fight with EM was his emotional highpoint and wanted that win more than the others.
Morales III was Pac's best performance IMO. DeLaHoya is the biggest in terms of significance and legacy.
this is a good question. i would say that his first Barrera win and this last one are pretty much even. remember that his first fight against Barrera was meant to be a solid test for Marco before moving on to fight Morales for their rubber match. i and many true boxing fans knew that we were getting a generous gift by watching this fight on regular HBO. like someone said before, this showed the whole boxing community that the Pacman was a ****ing beast in the game. last week was basically an exhibition. Pac is the pfp champ but moving up two weight classes left Delahoya with virtually all of the advantages minus speed to put a good looking W on his record. once again Pacquiao proved to millions of boxing fans that he can seriously whup some ass in the ring and that he demands respect from everyone out there. so yeah, its a tie between Delahoya and Barrera 1. :good
