Floyds Resume is not that good. leaves much to be desired. seriously Floyd has been mentioned as a p4p star for many years... now go back to box rec and read the names on his resume. NOT p4p

Floyd fought oscar at 154 - and then Pac fought him at 147
Floyd fought Hatton while undefeated - Then Pac fought him
Floyd fought JMM after a 2 year layoff - Then Pac fought him again and lost
Floyd fought Shane after Shane demolished Margo and was lineal WW Champ - Then Pac fought Shane after shitty performances against Mora and Floyd

Yeah, Pac really proved Floyd doesn't fight good competition :patsch

You can't be the top guy in a weight class by winning a title at a catch weight :deal

yes, this one does. this guy grew up like a stray dog trying to survive and went on to accomplish things that may never be equaled again. to be surrounded by yes men and leaches at this point in his life, and still be humble enough to be thankfull for the gifts his hard work has provided him is a thing not many men have the strength to hold on to. just look around and see how many men who have accomplished much less toot their own horn much louder and more often than this little dude.

History is a good indicator on how somebody will react to the same situation in the future.

....what happened here is that, once again, the pattern of floyd avoiding risky fight held through.

Oki so if he is not humble? it doesnt affect his fight record and the respect people have for him for the fights.
And compared to floyd most people turn into angels even if they aren't.

so how is he humble? because he was poor? i don't have a problem with him livinf the high life.yes he has earned it and hell yeah i'd do the same but i don't see why people harp on about his humility when he clearly has a bigger ego than most
