PAC won't be GOAT but it won't be because of Koncz. PAC is the best in his generation....he owns his era and no one comes close to his legacy aside from maybe Nard. But PAC isn't lucky to have the kind of talent and competition that Ray Robinson , leonard and Ali had. He'll never reach the GOAT status being that he's in this generation which isn't as deep with ATG competions.
