wow surprised, considering manny isnt american, for him to get 700k against a low draw like clottey is very good.

    WTF?

I was completely positive when may/marquez did a million buys.

I thought it was great news for boxing.

    Knock that **** off.

How did this thread get this long? I don't even like wapakman at all, and I can admit this is a good number considering he fought an unknown. The actual fight was **** too. Whoever bought this fought got robbed of their money.

It's good that PAc-Clottey did 700,000k... Do I believe that fight did 700,000k? No...but I guess those are the numbers...

Coming from Arum, I would second guess it, but why would Mark Taffet lie about the numbers?

It's embarrassing for Floyd that this is even a debate.

Imagine if you had everything Pacquiao brings, but he was american as well and obviously had english as his first language. He'd be rivalling ODLH as the most marketable boxer ever.

If you had everything Mayweather has got, but made him filipino, he'd barely be a PPV attraction.

    24/7 isn't a guaranteed market seller.

If there's no drama, it's rather boring.

and I was talking about both Sturm and Campas, against whom Oscar combined for a total of 720K PPV buys, while Pac did 700K in a single fight against Clottey.
